Annual Events

Program Summary

Over 200 event types can be declared to the annual policy. No maximum attendance. No limitation on number of days.

Event classes include: Holiday Events, Plays, Concerts and Shows, Weddings, Festivals, Business Meetings, Parties, and many more

Eligible Events

To be eligible for Annual Events program, each scheduled event must:

  1. Take place anywhere in the United States or Canada
  2. Not have: Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircrafts, Hazardous Activities, Car Races, Precision Driving, Mechanical Amusement Devices, Private Armed Security Guards, Film Production, Live Rap/Hip-Hop music, Live Metal music

Annual Vendors & Exhibitors

Program Summary

Provides coverage on an annual basis for a vendor, exhibitor, or concessionaire at a Trade Show, Festival, Fair, and similar activities.

Event Cancellation

Program Summary

Event Cancellation provides coverage for many perils, including:

  • Weather (if policy purchased 7 days in advance)
  • Earthquake, Flood, Tsunami
  • Terrorist act resulting in damage to the venue
  • Venues deemed unusable
  • Various other perils

Eligible Events

The Event Cancellation program is for events:

  1. Up to 90 days in duration
  2. Budgets up to 1,000,000
  3. Taking place anywhere in the United States, its territories and possessions

Coverages available under the event cancellation program include:

  • Event cancellation, postponement, abandonment
  • Adverse weather
  • Named Storms
  • Non-Appearance

Foreign Events

Program Summary

Coverages at competitive premiums for events outside of the U.S., up to 5,000 attendees per day. Both single event risks and multiple event risks (annual policies) are eligible.

Available for U.S. based insureds with events outside the U.S.

Promoters

Program Summary

The Promoters program insures a promoter of events such as music, festivals, shows, clubs, parties and more.

Description

Designed for those engaged in promoting events, the Promoters program is tailored for promoters with ongoing and continuous events that occur throughout the year.. This program allows for promoters of different sorts, including concert promoters, festival promoters, trade show promoters, and more. There are many classes of eligible events. The program is flexible enough to allow for sponsors, advertisers, and copromoters to be included as additional insured.

Limits are available up to 10 million for liability and 2.5 million on inland marine. The program is available to U.S. based promoters with events that occur in the U.S. and/or Canada.

  • General Liability: General liability (including increased limits)

Special Event Coverage

Program Summary

Coverage for a Single Event. Over 200 types of events. No attendance maximum. Maximum event duration is 90 days.

Event classes include: Holiday Events, Plays, Concerts and Shows, Weddings, Festivals, Business Meetings, Parties, and many more.

  1. Duration of 90 days or less;
  2. Take place anywhere in the United States or Canada;
  3. Not have: Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircrafts, Hazardous Activies, Car Races, Precision Driving, Mechanical Amusement Devices, Private Armed Security Guards, Film Production, Live Rap/Hip-Hop music, Live Metal music

Theatrical Groups

Program Summary

The Theatrical program covers touring and non-touring theatrical companies.

Description

Designed for theatrical companies, the Theatrical program provides coverage for theatrical companies either at fixed locations or those that tour. The program is flexible enough to cover any number of tours or shows during the policy term. The program may also be utlized for small shows with a single actor up to major theatrical productions.

Limits are available up to 10 million for liability. Equipment can be covered for up to 5.0 million.

The program is available to risks based in the U.S. The Theatrical program can provide worldwide coverage for equipment. Though the liability covers the U.S. and Canada, risks with foreign exposure may purchase the foreign portion of their liability needs under the Foreign Events program.

Touring Entertainers

Program Summary

The Touring Entertainers program covers touring musical groups, touring entertainers and performers, comedians, house bands, and baby bands.

Description

Designed for musical groups, entertainers and performers that travel and have shows on the road, the Touring Entertainer program provides a comprehensive portfolio of coverage required by such risks. The program is flexible enough to cover any number of tours or shows during the policy term.

Eligible entertainers include music of any category (other than rap/hip-hop), comedians, speakers, performers and more. The program may also be utilized for house bands, cover bands, and undiscovered bands that require an annual policy in order to perform at small venues.

Limits are available up to 10 million for liability. Equipment can be covered for up to 5.0 million. The program is available to risks based in the U.S. The Touring Entertainers program can provide worldwide coverage for equipment. Though the liability covers the U.S. and Canada, risks with foreign exposure may purchase the foreign portion of their liability needs under the Foreign Events program.

Venues

Program Summary

The Venue program provides coverage for the venue for the events taking place at the venue.

Description

The Venues program is designed to cover a venue for events that take place at the venue. The Venue policy does not afford coverage for the event organizer (if other than the venue), but rather for the facility where the event occurs.

The Venue policy is flexible enough to cover many types of events. Premium is based on estimated admissions and events do not have to be declared (except for rap/hip-hop concerts).

Limits are available up to 10 million for liability and 1 million on inland marine. The program is available to venues in the U.S.

Concert Promoters Including Hip Hop Concerts and Rap Concerts
